A passionate advocate and compassionate counselor, Blake Vrieze has always felt a strong desire to serve as a protector and be a voice for those in need. This led him to pursue a career where he could not only stand next to his clients in court, but also stand up for them and their interests.
Blake began his education at the University of South Alabama, graduating with a degree in English Literature and Letters before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. After passing the Alabama Bar Exam, Blake returned to his home county to work as a state prosecutor with the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office, representing the State of Alabama in both civil and criminal cases.
During his time with the District Attorney’s Office, Blake cut his teeth as an advocate for the people of Mobile County handling felony and misdemeanor cases, conducting thousands of hearings, and trying hundreds of bench trials as well as numerous jury trials.
After leaving public service in August of 2020, Blake accepted a position with a law firm in Mobile, Alabama, focusing on Family Law and Criminal Defense, and used his trial experience and knowledge of the court system to zealously represent the interests of his clients.
In 2023, Blake decided to open his practice to provide high quality, ethical representation to residents in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
